Step into the rhythm of Latin and Ballroom dance with our Pro-Development Dance Classes at ElJo’s Bodega, Winery and Lounge, located at the intersection of Taylor Street and Ariapita Ave, Port of Spain, W.I. Every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we invite you to join us for an immersive dance experience designed to enhance your social, competitive, and performance dancing abilities.

Dance Styles and Techniques

Our classes cover a variety of Latin and Ballroom dances:

• Salsa: Immerse yourself in the lively steps and infectious beats of Salsa.
• Merengue: Enjoy the simplicity and fun of Merengue, accessible to all skill levels.
• Bachata: Explore the sensuality and rhythm of Bachata, with its distinctive footwork.
• Kizomba: Connect with the smooth and intimate moves of Kizomba.
• 3-Step: Build your dance foundation with the essential patterns of the 3-Step.
• Cha Cha: Engage with the energetic and playful nature of the Cha Cha.

Class Structure and Goals

Venue and Registration

Classes are held at the vibrant ElJo’s Bodega, Winery and Lounge, a perfect setting for an evening of dance. After class, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, we host a student practice party, allowing you to practice your new skills and socialize with fellow dance enthusiasts.
